Auction Success

Recently after 10 years of successful rental management from Charles Stewart, real estate agents Anthony and Stephen were able to successfully obtain a high number of buyers groups that were logistically widespread. A direct result of their hard work and innovative auction sales campaign and excellent auctioneering skills of Anthony, collectively both agents were able to achieve a sold price that far exceeded all expectations. More to the point - $85,000 over a reasonably high reserve. I'm certainly one happy seller and highly recommend Anthony, Stephen and the team at Charles Stewart to sell your property. My entire rental and selling experience with Charles Stewart has been professional and hassle free - Thank you. I highly recommend both their services.

Vast experience in the rural market

Due to Josh’s vast experience in the rural market he was valuable to help us understand the market which resulted in the sale of our property. He kept us informed of all visits and feedback and he was honest and open in discussions about our expectations. Josh was conscious of our reasons for selling and our needs for the future. He was always available to answer our questions going above and beyond as well as being a pleasure to deal with and a great communicator.

Anthony McDonald went above and beyond to sell my commercial property

Anthony McDonald went above and beyond to sell my commercial property when COVID first struck. We sat down, made a plan, signed up 3 commercial leases for our property. This gave the property real value. Anthony presented the property to his ready list of buyers and had a signed contract within one week. The foresight and execution of this plan and making the sale happen effortlessly was amazing. Anthony has a very calm, professional and analytical approach, which is reflective of his many years of experience selling in the area. 10/10 I would highly recommend Anthony.

Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Wendy Flint was exceptionally professional from the very first meeting. I immediately knew she was the right person to sell our home of 40 years. She is warm, knowledgeable, and across every detail of the process. Wendy went above and beyond with her advice, constant communication, and even helped style the house. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks to her expertise, our home sold within just two weeks for a great price. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Wendy combines exceptional market knowledge with genuine care for her clients.

I had the pleasure of working with Wendy as both the purchaser of my new home and the vendor of my previous home, and I couldn't recommend her more highly. Wendy helped me find more than a house—she helped me find home. From our first inspection my new home, she understood what I was looking for and guided me through the purchase with professionalism and care. Every day I'm reminded what a wonderful decision it was. Selling my previous home was a much more complex journey in a changing market, and Wendy's professionalism, honesty and persistence were outstanding throughout. She provided realistic advice, excellent communication and thoughtful negotiation, always keeping me informed and helping me make confident decisions. Her judgement of buyers and calm, strategic approach ultimately resulted in a successful sale. Wendy combines exceptional market knowledge with genuine care for her clients. She is trustworthy, hardworking and always puts her clients' interests first. Thank you, Wendy, for helping me through two significant life milestones. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling property.

I also wish the purchaser all the best with their plans and dreams for the lovely property.

Outstanding Service and Support from Stewarts and Josh Lamanna

We sold our property in Apollo Bay through Stewarts. Josh Lamanna was their representative and our very competent agent—always available, highly knowledgeable, and consistently pleasant. He provided excellent support and understanding throughout a process that was emotionally demanding, offering common sense, taking on significant responsibility, and frequently traveling as needed. We were impressed with Stewarts’ professionalism, which Josh consistently reflected in his manner. We wish him and his family all the very best for the future.

Andrew's (Rice) perserverence won in the end

Andrew was always ontime for appointments. He conducted a lot of inspections during a difficult time and tried to ensure that we had genuine buyers so that no ones time was wasted. Covid probably didnt help in our quest to sell but Andrews perserverence won in the end. He is easy going, pleasant and communictes often without being intrusive." We highly recommend Andrew to Vendors considering selling.
